Officer tools for air, land and sea ports
From the problem to how we solve it
October 2026
Interactive prototype · synthetic data only
The problem
1
Officers retype manifests and declarations at the desk.
2
Scanner images and inspection results are not linked to the declaration.
3
When the network drops, the port falls back to paper.

The problem
Our answer
The working system for customs officers at airports, land crossings and seaports: arrivals and manifests, the clearance desk, scanner lanes, inspection, seizures, passenger cash control and the exit gate. It keeps working offline on the last valid policy package.
How it works · 1 of 6
Arrivals
The manifest arrives before the ship. Each container is matched and checked before discharge.

Delivery
How delivery works
6–10 weeks
Map what already exists and decide, system by system: reuse, integrate, modernise or build.
4–6 months
Customs Port Operations at one authority, with real users and a measured outcome, on national infrastructure.
12–24 months
Roll out by region and service, sharing identity, integration and audit.
Agreed per contract
We run it with your team, train them, then hand over operations, code escrow and keys.
