Fleet, e-seals, cold chain and corridor exchange
From the problem to how we solve it
October 2026
Interactive prototype · synthetic data only
The problem
1
Perishable trucks queue at borders with no booked slot and no advance data.
2
A cut seal is discovered at the destination, hours after it happened.
3
Neighbouring authorities cannot verify each other’s seals, temperatures or inspections.

The problem
Our answer
Track trucks, seals and reefer temperatures from loading to release, and share signed evidence with neighbouring authorities under agreement. Every alert goes to a person, and each country keeps its own decision.
How it works · 1 of 6
Register once
The exporter registers once, with the plant-health certificate attached.

E-seals
An electronic seal records every event, signed. It proves custody, never contents.

Live tracking
Dispatchers see every truck from signed positions, and every border slot booked ahead.

Cold chain
When the trailer warms, a person records why. The log travels as evidence, not as a verdict.

Data exchange
Advance data and signed inspection evidence reach each neighbour before the truck does.

Sovereign decisions
Recognised evidence is a risk input. Each agency still decides, and owns its own hold.

What it includes
Safeguards
No claim that a Syria–Jordan–Saudi agreement exists.
An e-seal shows opening, not contents.
Alerts never stop, open or reroute a truck on their own, and recognised evidence is a risk input, not an inspection waiver.

Delivery
How delivery works
6–10 weeks
Map what already exists and decide, system by system: reuse, integrate, modernise or build.
4–6 months
Smart Transit at one authority, with real users and a measured outcome, on national infrastructure.
12–24 months
Roll out by region and service, sharing identity, integration and audit.
Agreed per contract
We run it with your team, train them, then hand over operations, code escrow and keys.
Durations are typical ranges, fixed per contract
